General Application Instructions for NADE Awards

1. Four (4) copies of the application packet from the nominated person(s) or group must be submitted by September 15 (Martha Maxwell Developmental Education Student Scholarship applications must be submitted by December 15).
   
   
2. All application packets, regardless of the award, grant, or scholarship, are to be submitted to the address of the Awards Committee Chair.
   
   
3. Each application packet should include a cover page (available in conference packets or on the website) with the following information:
   1. name of the NADE award, grant, or scholarship
   2. nominator's information
      • name and address
      • work phone
      • FAX number
      • email address
   3. nominee information
      • name, chapter, or program
      • job position
      • institution name
      • department name
      • address
      • work phone
      • FAX number
      • email address
        
        
4. To be considered, a nominee must be a member of NADE except for the following awards:
   1. Hunter R. Boylan Outstanding Research/Publication Award
   2. Outstanding Alumnus of a Developmental Education Program
   3. NADE Award to an Administrator or Public Servant for Outstanding Support to Developmental Education
   4. Martha Maxwell Developmental Education Student Scholarship
