Upcoming Board Meetings

Members are welcome to attend meetings of the NADE Executive Board and to suggest agenda items for upcoming meetings. Meetings are held immediately after the March annual conference at the conference site, in May, in September, in December, and once again prior to the conference in March at the conference site. In addition, the Board may schedule conference calls to address issues that can't be handled through e-mail and can't wait for discussion until the next scheduled meeting.

The May, September, and December meetings are generally scheduled for 2 1/2 days. These meetings typically run on Friday from 8:00 - 5:00, Saturday from 8:00 - 5;00, and Sunday from 8:00 - 1:00; however, meetings have been known to run well past 5:00 and into the wee morning hours when pressing issues need the Board's sustained attention.

The 2009-10 Executive Board has scheduled the following meetings:

      May 15-17, 2009 (Goodyear, AZ)
      September 18-20, 2009 (Columbus, Ohio)
      December 4-6, 2009 (location to be determined, possibly Orlando or Denver)
